Paula Patton is an actress and producer who is best known for her starring roles in the action-spy movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the romantic film Precious. Growing up living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. She was raised by a mother, who was a fan of movies. Paula was involved in the co-curricular activities of her school and especially captivated by dramatics. Her favorite part was being in stage shows along with her peers. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School's Hamilton Magnet Arts High School was the location of numerous school productions. The student decided to be an actor. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. She was assigned a 3 month project to create documentaries for PBS. She began her career as a TV production assistant following the completion of this task. In the following years, she transitioned to producing documentaries. Even though she loved the work she was doing, she yearned for the role of an actress. She started her acting career with a small part in the romantic comedy film Hitch along with Will Smith. In the years since, she has played in many well-known television and film shows.
